Chief Executive Officer
Andy is responsible for overseeing the Group’s business strategy, from formulation through to implementation.
He has over 20 years’ experience operating at board level, in which time he has developed a strong track record in raising finance for business growth across a number of sectors.
Chief Operations Officer
Mark joined Hadley as Chief Operating Officer in September 2014, and is responsible for overseeing and driving the company operations. This includes site acquisitions, project delivery and strategic input into the subsequent sales and marketing of completed developments.
Finance Director
Brian is a CIMA qualified accountant with more than 15 years' experience at executive level. He leads all aspects of the finance function of Hadley Property Group. He joined Hadley in November 2011 to manage the day to day operations associated with the finance team, and has since become a key member of the senior leadership team.
Director of Regeneration
A vastly experienced and highly enthusiastic development, regeneration and design specialist, Steve has operated in client and consultant management, Steve has led delivery teams on a wide variety of mixed-use urban regeneration schemes.
Head of Communications and Business Development
Matt is responsible for the formulation and implementation of Hadley's communications and engagement strategies. As well as leading on our branding, corporate and web-based comms, he is also responsible for growing and maintaining the company's public and private sector partnerships.
Arriving late to the property industry in his early thirties, Matt's earlier ventures as musician, manager and liaison within the creative industries have helped him to develop a wide-ranging set of transferrable skills which have proved invaluable on a number of Hadley schemes.
Design Director
Dominic is an experienced, chartered architect who has delivered a wide range of construction projects through all design stages in the UK and internationally. An expert in 2D graphics and 2D/3D CAD including BIM, he has worked within the property and architectural field for over 20 years.
Head of Strategic Land
Simon is a highly experienced property professional with more than 28 years in the industry. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Property Receiver. He spent many years as a residential valuations expert before turning to investment agency work, and then focussing on receivership following the 2008 downturn.
Project Director
A qualified Architect, Marc has over twenty years’ experience in the construction and development industry. In addition to qualifying as an Architect Marc has also undertaken a Post Graduate Diploma (RICS) in Project Management and an MBA in Construction & Real Estate. His dissertation was on the ‘Value of Design’.
He has worked on a variety of projects in the UK and abroad, in terms of scale, complexity and building typology.
His experience includes the successful delivery of complex urban regeneration and airport projects at various stages within the development cycle, including: land acquisition, design, planning, funding, financial appraisals and business case development.
