A residential-led mixed-use scheme, offering 116 high-quality new homes and complementary commercial uses in the London borough of Merton.
42 Station Road will provide 116 new homes for Merton, with a minimum of 40% affordable housing. In addition, we will be enhancing the Wandle Trail with riverside seating and ensuring our designs are sustainable and prioritise ecology and the preservation of natural habitats.
Our plans will provide two new commercial offerings, such as co-working facilities or community space, and outdoor play areas for young children.

Following strong support in the first round of public consultation last year, our proposals include building a new pedestrian bridge across the River Wandle, increasing connectivity for local communities.
In 2021, we hosted two rounds of public consultation for the proposed redevelopment, where we set out our overall aspirations for the site and gathered feedback from almost 600 local residents in Colliers Wood. The feedback provided was shared with the project team, who incorporated it into the designs in advance of submitting a planning application.
Consent for the proposals was granted by London Borough of Merton's Planning Applications Committee in October 2021.
