Henry Brooks-Pollard

Henry is a key member of the team working on the 2,500-unit regeneration scheme at 980 Great West Road, working across the design and planning, as well as the ongoing asset management of the site.

He is currently working towards his RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), scheduled for completion in early 2026. Before joining in 2022, Henry worked at a privately owned property developer based in Chelsea, where he focused on the design, planning and delivery of projects throughout Southeast London.

He also holds an MSc in Real Estate from Henley Business School and a BA in Politics from the University of Exeter. Outside of the office, he is a keen tennis and squash player.
