Henry Brooks-Pollard

Henry is a key member of the team working on the 2,500-unit regeneration scheme at 980 Great West Road, working across the design and planning, as well as the ongoing asset management of the site.

Before joining in 2022, Henry worked at a privately owned property developer based in Chelsea, focusing on the design, planning and delivery of projects throughout Southeast London.

Henry qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in May 2026 and holds an MSc in Real Estate from Henley Business School and a BA (Hons) in Politics from the University of Exeter. Outside of the office, he is a keen tennis and squash player.
