Mark Lebihan

Mark is Chief Operating Officer at Hadley Property Group. He has over 25 years of experience in the management and delivery of complex, mixed-use urban regeneration projects and high-quality residential schemes in the UK and overseas. He is responsible for overseeing all operational activities at Hadley Property Group, with key input into the company’s larger schemes. Mark led the company’s expansion and repositioning.

Mark had overall delivery responsibility for the 686-unit mixed-use Greenwich Square joint venture development with Mace, for which Hadley was responsible for raising debt and equity funding for the £225m development. It now has 200+ families in residence, along with a new health and leisure facility, including a swimming pool, gym, and library. Accompanying this are retail units and a new public square.

Mark also led Hadley’s South Grove project in Walthamstow, working closely with the London Borough of Waltham Forest. The scheme delivers 518 new homes in partnership with the Borough, with 55% affordable housing. The initial phase also provides ancillary commercial space and a new state-of-the-art NHS facility.

Previously, Mark was an integral part of the Battersea Power Station development team for Parkview, which achieved detailed consent in 2006 for a 5m sq ft mixed-use scheme.
