Mark Lebihan

Mark is Chief Operating Officer at Hadley Property Group, having joined the company in the role in 2012. He has over 35 years of experience in the management and delivery of complex, mixed-use urban regeneration projects and high-quality residential schemes in the UK and overseas, underpinned by significant construction expertise. He is responsible for overseeing operational activities at Hadley Property Group, with key, hands-on input into the company’s development schemes.

Mark has been key to the company’s expansion and repositioning, and associated branding, process and quality management implementation. He also drives Hadley’s sustainability agenda, including its net-zero plan, B Corp accreditation, environmental / project reuse strategies and community engagement.

Ensuring the delivery of optimised schemes through design, planning and construction which deliver significant returns to investors whilst maintaining Hadley’s commitment to provide necessary social and economic value to neighbourhoods is all key to Mark’s role. Significant Hadley projects include Greenwich Square (mixed-use, 686 homes), Chelsea Island (89 luxury homes), Blackwall Yard (921 apartments), International Quarter London (672 homes, 909 PBSA units) and 980 Great West Road (2324 Units, 336,000 sq foot commercial)

Previously, Mark was an integral part of the Battersea Power Station development team for Parkview, which achieved detailed consent in 2006 for a 5m sq ft mixed-use scheme. Prior to that he worked on regeneration schemes in Hong Kong and Bangkok.
