Yiannis Kalatta

Yiannis joined Hadley in June 2017 on a 15-month placement during his Accounting and Finance degree at Birmingham City University, before joining full-time as a Graduate Accountant. He has since progressed through the business, culminating in his current role as Financial Controller. He leads capital structuring, corporate forecasting, and group financial reporting. He is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the business, drawing on experience across a development portfolio of c. 5,000 residential units spanning 10 projects since joining the company.

He is trusted to provide clear, well-judged financial insight, bringing clarity to complex decision-making and working closely with executives to translate financial complexity into actionable commercial outcomes.
