Trevor Firus

Trevor has been working in the finance area of residential and commercial property management and development for over 30 years. He brings a wealth of experience to property financial decision making including financial modelling and sensitivities, cashflow forecasting, budgets and business plans, and debt and equity analysis and structuring.

Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Trevor made his way over to the UK in 2009 and has been with Hadley since 2014. He has held various roles throughout his career ranging from Financial Controller, Director of Finance, Financial Planning Manager and Commercial Finance Analyst. In the UK, Trevor worked with Royal Mail Estates in their Residential Property Planning Group securing planning permissions in Greater London and the UK and also at Mapeley Estates Ltd as part of their Financial Planning Group doing business plan analysis and 10-year cashflows and budgeting.

In his spare time, Trevor enjoys cooking, wine tasting, travelling, cycling, camping and dancing.
