Simon Davidson

Simon is a highly experienced property professional with 28-plus years in the industry. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Property Receiver. He spent many years as a residential valuations expert before turning to investment agency work, then focussing on receivership following the 2008 downturn.

Professional highlights included the sale of a £205M residential investment portfolio to Grainger and being the lead receiver and seller of over £500M of property, including two large central London residential sites for £50M and £75M.

Before joining Hadley, Simon worked in Islington, overseeing Currell’s commercial and land divisions. As well as growing the business by 50% over three years, he also became very familiar with the vast majority of north and east London.

His ability to source and deliver complex, large-scale, strategic sites has helped position Hadley as a multi-disciplined urban regeneration specialist.
