Ed Fisher

With nearly 20 years of experience in real estate finance and development, Ed Fisher brings specialised expertise to Hadley in the areas of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), co-living and build-to-rent (BTR).

Throughout his career, Ed has successfully overseen the acquisition, planning, design, construction, funding, operation and sale of more than 30 large-scale PBSA and BTR projects, primarily in London. These developments have a combined gross development value (GDV) of approximately £2.5 billion.

Ed began his career at Barclays within the Structured Finance Team, where he played a key role in supporting and leading property financing deals exceeding £500 million. His experience during the 2008 global financial crisis shaped his approach to risk and solidified his expertise in navigating complex financial environments.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and professional qualifications from both the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) and the London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF).
