Michael Clark

Design Director

Michael Clark is an accomplished architect and urban designer with a robust track record in delivering complex regeneration projects both in the UK and internationally. His extensive experience as a lead design consultant, combined with his technical expertise in engineering and delivery, positions him uniquely to optimise intricate design solutions and mitigate risks throughout the delivery process.

Michael oversees the selection, appointment, and management of the design team, crafting comprehensive design, commercial, and site briefs while coordinating cost planning and construction information. His leadership has been instrumental in delivering notable projects, including Regents Quarter at Kings Cross, St Paul's Square in Liverpool, New Bailey in Manchester, and Grand Central in Stockport. He also contributed to the successful delivery of iconic developments such as St Pancras Chambers, The Whiteley, and Olympia in central London.

Returning to the 980 Great West Road project, where he previously contributed to the original delivery of the GSK headquarters, Michael collaborates with four architectural practices to realise a vision for the site that pioneers regenerative design and champions the circular economy, whilst creating a connected, vibrant neighbourhood with tangible community benefits.
