Totterdown Reach, situated on Bath Road at the southern tip of Totterdown Bridge is a residential development comprising 152 homes with complementary commercial uses on the ground floor.

The scheme provides a footpath and cycle route from the neighbouring Paintworks development along the river, and will allow connectivity for local residents from street level down to the river Avon.
