Chief Executive Officer
Andy is responsible for overseeing the Group’s business strategy, from formulation through to implementation.
He has over 20 years’ experience operating at board level, in which time he has developed a strong track record in raising finance for business growth across a number of sectors.
Chief Operations Officer
Mark joined Hadley as Chief Operating Officer in September 2014, and is responsible for overseeing and driving the company operations. This includes site acquisitions, project delivery and strategic input into the subsequent sales and marketing of completed developments.
Brian is a CIMA qualified accountant with more than 15 years' experience at executive level. He joined Hadley in November 2011 to manage the day to day operations associated with the finance team, and has since improved and streamlined operational finance procedures across all company departments. He has since become a key member of the leadership team.
Group Sales & Marketing Director
James has worked in London’s property market for the last 24 years, across a spectrum of developers. Ranging from large PLCs to privately-owned boutique organisations, he has specialised in taking small developers towards flotation or sale.
In the past ten years alone, he has been responsible for sales of 8,000 London homes worth a total of £4 billion.
Director of Regeneration
A vastly experienced and highly enthusiastic development, regeneration and design specialist, Steve has operated in client and consultant management, Steve has led delivery teams on a wide variety of mixed-use urban regeneration schemes.
With over 20 years of experience across the property sector, Andre is proving a valuable addition to the Hadley team. His expertise in the identifying of development opportunities, and management of the subsequent schemes have led to the delivery of more than 500 residential homes within central London markets.
A Project Director at Hadley with over 10 years of experience in the international property development sector, Danielle has a mixture of public and private sector experience. In the main, this has come through major regeneration projects for both the City of Westminster and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
With a career so far spanning across 17 years of “hands on” property experience, Quentin has worked with and for a broad spectrum of developers. Comfortable in dealing with major national and international companies such The Berkeley Group, St George and Skanska, he has also led and driven large, mixed-use city centre schemes both inside and outside of London. Specialising in regeneration and urban development, Quentin has also delivered schemes in major cities across the Midlands, south Wales and the south west of England.
Recently heading up the delivery of 934 apartments, commercial, and retail units within his role as Construction Project Director for Berkeley Homes, Michael has also led projects on behalf of Durkan Ltd and First Base Ltd. Responsible for the delivery of more than £2bn GDV of projcts across the last twenty years, Michael has unparalleled industry experience and is now leading the Greenwich Phase 2 construction programme.
Head of Communications
Matt has worked exclusively within the property industry for eight years, his career prior to this spread across journalism, music and the entertainment industries respectively. A specialist in communications and engagement as well as an experienced business to business and charity sector copywriter, he is responsible for the formulation and implementation of Hadley's developing consultation strategy.
Dominic is an experienced, chartered architect who has delivered a wide range of construction projects through all design stages in the UK and internationally. An expert in 2D graphics and 2D/3D CAD including BIM, he has worked within the property and architectural field for over 20 years.
