Stephen Rossouw

Stephen began his career in the construction industry, working his way up from site-based activities to managing multiple projects, later shifting to property development.

Nowadays, Stephen employs his 20 years of experience to lead the delivery of large-scale mixed-use property developments. He oversees the development lifecycle from acquisition to planning, design, procurement, construction, sales and operations phases. Stephen has delivered some of London’s largest and most prestigious developments over the past five years and holds a track record for quality, financial viability and programme control.

As Development Director, Stephen holds a broad responsibility over all Hadley projects and initiatives.
