Ryan Greenhalgh

As part of Hadley's Delivery team, Ryan is currently taking IQL North, Stratford, to Planning, as well as working on the construction of Goodmayes High Rd and a number of early-stage Pre-Planning opportunities. He is newly APC-enrolled and aims to achieve MRICS chartered status by late 2024.

After studying an honours degree in Civil Engineering at Exeter University and completing an Msc in Real Estate Development and Investment at Greenwich University, Ryan moved to Sydney to pursue a career in Land Acquisition and Disposal. After three years in Australia, he was called back to London to join Hadley. Ryan is inspired by the unique new challenges of each site and enjoys the variation that working in development brings.

When not working, Ryan enjoys rock climbing, a bit of golf and exploring cities on foot.
