Pelham Dobson

Our current Head of Construction at Hadley Property Group, Pelham, has 25+ years of experience in the construction industry, with specific areas of expertise including project planning, commercial and construction management, and bid/proposal management and tendering.

After acquiring his BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Cardiff University, Pelham gained invaluable engineering experience working in Hong Kong for eight years before returning to London and continuing to manage some of the city’s most interesting construction projects.

Although his official title may be Head of Construction, Pelham also occupies the role of company comedian and full-time cat dad on a freelance basis.
