Holly Murphy

Holly joined Hadley in 2020 after completing her Sociology undergraduate at LSE. Working with us as a development grad for two years, Holly was recently promoted, reflecting her hard work and dedication across numerous projects. Holly is currently working towards her Real Estate Development Masters at the University of Westminster, studying part-time alongside her full-time role at Hadley.

Involved throughout the project lifecycle, she has specifically enjoyed working on Hadley and Clarion's most recent joint venture in Penge, gaining insight on the evolving nature of the design process and the management of key relationships, including those with project architects, the GLA and design review panel. Holly has now set her sights on completing her APC after her masters, having enrolled with RICS.

Outside of the office, Holly enjoys spending time with friends and family and advancing her culinary skills . A member of the Women in Property network, she also enjoys attending events and connecting with others in the industry.
