Hitting The Ground Running

January and February are not traditionally the busiest times in development, but the three schemes that we have due in for planning by the end of March mean that there's been an awful lot of weekend work for us so far this year. With South Grove going back out for its second exhibition, Green Lanes exhibiting this weekend and the Dulwich Hamlet final consultation taking place at the end of the month, there's a potential 800 homes entering the planning process before spring has properly sprung. Accompanying this there are two NHS facilities, a football stadium and a 70-station gym facility.
