Our SE10 scheme, delivered in partnership with both the Greater London Authority and Royal Borough of Greenwich, has been included in the final six entrants for the much-coveted award. The development - which contains a mixture of flats, townhouses, a leisure centre, library and NHS facilities was selected from the hundreds of other schemes across the UK, and will be decided prior to the ceremony on 20th November of this year. Greenwich Square has an almost unprecedented affordable tenure of 50%, and is rightly one of the city's landmark regeneration schemes.

We've been very pleased with how Greenwich Square has been received. It's an excellent example of working together with a local authority and producing great results for the community - and for London at large.
