Hadley was this week asked to form and submit detailed proposals for the first parcels of land to be released through the Mayor of London’s updated developer framework, LDP2. 20 submissions were received by Transport for London, who then reduced the number of preferred bidders through an Expression of Interest round down to a final three, of which one partner will be selected. Hadley is the only private developer to have been selected for the sites, which will be released as a single opportunity and comprise 100% affordable housing.

The three sites, all based in the London Borough of Harrow, will deliver up to 500 affordable homes to Londoners on publicly-owned land. Hadley’s partners for the submission are Clarion Housing Group (affordable housing) and Bouygues UK (construction partner). The design teams for the three sites are led by Jay Gort (Gort Scott) and Richard Lavington (McCreanor Lavington).

The three sites in question: Stanmore, Canons Park and Rayners Lane
