Wellbeing provider for businesses and community groups
Su Winsbury and Gabby Briscoe of The Heart to Heart Collective are the joint managers and co-curators of The LightHouse Wellbeing Centre, located on our Stratford site. They bring over 40 years of combined experience in wellness, coaching and empowerment.
The LightHouse is a space that encompasses well-being and nurturing through the scope of fun, laughter, creativity and physical and emotional wellness. Private or community groups can hire the space as a location to bring people together, spark new ideas and connections and support personal development.
The Heart to Heart Collective also provides a well-being provision for Hadley staff, with in person workshops and an online portal featuring a variety or resources such as guided visualisations, movement classes, creative taster sessions, recipes, breathing exercises and more.
