Brompton Bike Hire

Supporting active travel and giving communities access to sustainable and affordable transport alternatives is a key focus of our development approach.

In partnership with Brompton Bike Hire, we have committed to installing a Brompton Bike Hire dock at all of our London developments, at least two years before completion of the development. These will be open to all and available for the wider public to use, offering short and long term bike hire and storage solutions at an affordable rate.

This partnership will not only reduce traffic and congestion in the area, but also reduce impacts on air quality and promote mental and physical health and wellbeing.

At our development site in Colliers Wood, we formed an initiative with Brompton Bike Hire to offer 50 WheelsforHeroes bikes to local residents in Merton who do not have access to cycling, to break down the barriers into cycling and support those who have never cycled before. This initiative will run for 12 months, allowing around 200 local residents and key workers to participate.
