This page explains our plans to regenerate a vacant site on the edge of Bristol’s Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone.

Our proposals will see us delivering a flagship sustainable development, built using cross-laminated timber.

Following our public exhibition in March when we held an exhibition to discuss and hear your feedback on our initial ideas for the site, we have continued to explore options for the site.

We have since held an information event on 19 July to display our plans and hear your views. We will take this feedback on board as we finalise our plans ahead of submitting a planning application to Bristol City Council later this summer.
