This page explains our plans to regenerate a vacant site on the edge of Bristol’s Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone.

We are drawing up plans to redevelop the site between Totterdown Bridge and Bath Road in Totterdown, creating a vibrant mixed-use development. The scheme will be sensitive to the surrounding area, and will bring economic benefits in terms of regeneration, homes and jobs.

Our plans are still at a very early stage and we would like to hear your views so we can take these into consideration as the plans are developed.

We held a public exhibition on Wednesday 29th March 2017 at the Paintworks, where our initial ideas could be viewed on the exhibition boards and discussed with the project team.

We welcome your feedback on our ideas for the site so we can take this into consideration as we develop our plans.

Located directly to the east of Totterdown Bridge and due west of the Paintworks scheme, the site is in the city's Enterprise Zone. We will bring forward more detail on the development as it takes shape.
