This page explains our plans to regenerate a vacant site on the edge of Bristol’s Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone.

We are drawing up plans to redevelop the site between Totterdown Bridge and Bath Road in Totterdown, creating a vibrant mixed-use development. The scheme will be sensitive to the surrounding area, and will bring economic benefits in terms of regeneration, homes and jobs.

Our plans are still at a very early stage and we held a first stage of consultation, with a public exhibition on Wednesday 29th March 2017 at the Paintworks, where our initial ideas could be viewed on the exhibition boards and discussed with the project team.

We are taking feedback into consideration as we develop our plans and will hold another public exhibition later this summer, where we will share our plans and seek your views.
