Permission Granted for Mixed-use Scheme on Green Lanes, Haringey

London Borough of Haringey resolved last night to grant planning permission for our mixed-use development at 590 Green Lanes between Manor House and Turnpike Lane.

The scheme will introduce 133 new residential units and a 9,310 sq. ft. health centre, which will have the capacity to serve up to 18,000 members of the community and will provide access to an additional 10 GPs for the area.

Along with the significant amount of new homes, the scheme will also feature a large landscaped residents’ garden, cycle bay provision for 229 bikes, and vastly improved public realm that enhances the ever-evolving local streetscape.

Our own Mark Lebihan had this to say:

“This result is a significant milestone for Hadley Property Group and demonstrates our continuing commitment to providing genuine mixed-use development with clear community benefits. The inclusion of a substantial healthcare facility is another example of the public/private partnership in action. We’re looking forward to working with Haringey Council to bring this scheme to fruition, delivering high-quality homes to Green Lanes and a modern health facility for the local residents.”
