Leo Prescott

Leo is a Development Manager with over ten years of experience in regeneration property development ranging from out-of-town supermarkets to residential-led mixed-use developments.

Having moved from Sheffield immediately after graduating from university, Leo was a key asset in delivering our multi-phased scheme Greenwich Square and enhancing the extent of consent via S73 and 96a applications. Leo delivered the South Grove scheme in Walthamstow and is currently working on our Joint Venture partnership with Clarion Housing Group, delivering Goodmayes and Streatham Vale Homebase.

Outside of work, Leo enjoys outdoor adventures, such as hiking and camping, and the odd festival!
