Dominic Spray

As a RIBA member who has worked with most major UK development companies, Dom brings design, commercial experience and a focus on sustainability. With sustainability central to his role, he checks company activity against sustainable principles and carries these practices in his daily life, cycling everywhere he can and limiting his impact on the planet.

Dom began his career in development several years ago after a long career designing and delivering projects in the UK and internationally as an architect. Having grown up in central London, Dom is fascinated by how the city is constantly changing and adapting and enjoys having a first hand perspective on the pressures and opportunities that shape it.

Dom likes to spend his weekends on the South Downs Way, exploring and taking advantage of the great views across to the sea towards Brighton.
