Establishing a Hadley Community Development Trust
Offering long-term support to the communities where we develop
It is important to us that our developments will serve the interests of the local community for generations to come.
We plan to set up a Community Development Trust (CDT) which will help protect the future of any charitable and non-residential uses at the site.
Community Development Trusts are actively involved in delivering economic, environmental and social benefits to the area. The CDT will be community focused and will be entirely independent from ourselves. It will ensure that the needs of the community are always considered first and foremost.
