A qualified Architect, Marc has over twenty years’ experience in the construction and development industry. In addition to qualifying as an Architect Marc has also undertaken a Post Graduate Diploma (RICS) in Project Management and an MBA in Construction & Real Estate. His dissertation was on the ‘Value of Design’.
He has worked on a variety of projects in the UK and abroad, in terms of scale, complexity and building typology.
His experience includes the successful delivery of complex urban regeneration and airport projects at various stages within the development cycle, including: land acquisition, design, planning, funding, financial appraisals and business case development.
Marc has extensive experience in managing delivery teams and multiple stakeholders on complex projects.
These include the following:
Greenwich Square - An award-winning mixed-use development, providing more than 650 homes, a new leisure centre, library and public realm. As Project Director, Marc led the delivery of Phase 1 of the development.
Chelsea Island - a boutique development of 89 luxury apartments in Chelsea. Currently on site with GDV of circa £180m. Marc is Project Director leading the delivery of the scheme.
Previous to this, Marc worked as Development Manager for Linden Homes. In this period, he was involved in the development of approximately 775 apartments over a three year period with a GDV of totalling £450m. The developments were at various stages within the within development process.
